Playtok Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and Playtok ("Playtok," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Playtok website located at playtok.cc, the Playtok mobile application, and all associated gaming services, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Playtok Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

Playtok reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the Playtok Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Playtok strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of Playtok, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by Playtok or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Playtok reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the Playtok Platform, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Playtok account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. Playtok will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
• Verification: Playtok may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID.
• Account Suspension: Playtok reserves the right to suspend or close any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the registration information is false, incomplete, or misleading.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Playtok supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The following conditions apply:

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may require supporting documentation before processing.
• Processing Times: Deposits are generally credited to your Playtok account within minutes. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within one to three business days following successful verification.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering control.
• Transaction Fees: Playtok does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside Playtok's control.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on Playtok are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Playtok does not accept foreign currency deposits.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Playtok offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Playtok reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be available to players who have previously abused promotional offers.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus terms — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Playtok's Discretion: Playtok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress, except where abuse is suspected.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the Playtok Platform — including God Fish Slicing, King of Fishing, Golden Land, Diamond Tycoon, Boat of Fortune, and all other titles — operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by Playtok are independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

• Return to Player (RTP): Published RTP figures for each game represent the theoretical long-term average payout percentage. Individual session results may vary significantly from the stated RTP.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, all affected bets and payouts will be considered void. Playtok will not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake where applicable.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. Playtok reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Disconnection: Playtok is not responsible for losses resulting from internet disconnection, device failure, or other connectivity issues on the player's side. Where a game round is interrupted, the outcome will be determined by the server-side record.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Playtok Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the Playtok Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Playtok Platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Playtok staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Playtok Platform — including but not limited to the Playtok name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Playtok or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Playtok Platform without prior written consent from Playtok.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Playtok, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from game outcomes, technical malfunctions, or service interruptions.
• Loss of data, unauthorized access to your account, or security breaches not caused by Playtok's gross negligence.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

Playtok's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Playtok's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Playtok collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Account Suspension & Closure

Playtok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or e-wallet provider.
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Where Playtok determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Playtok support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms

Playtok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Playtok will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Playtok Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Playtok Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Playtok support. Playtok will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent Playtok from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
