• Payment Processors: We share financial data with payment service providers such as GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank solely to process your deposits and withdrawals. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable financial regulations.

• KYC Documents: Identity verification documents are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the end of the business relationship, or longer if required by a specific regulatory obligation.

• Technical and Usage Data: Log files and usage analytics data are retained for up to twelve (12) months, after which they are anonymized or deleted.

Playtok will respond to all data rights requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.

Please note that certain rights are subject to limitations under Philippine law. For example, we may be unable to delete data that we are legally required to retain for AML or regulatory compliance purposes.

11. Children's Privacy

The Playtok platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Playtok does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a person under 21 has registered on Playtok or provided personal data to us, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 14. We will promptly investigate and, where confirmed, close the account, delete all associated personal data, and return any deposits to the appropriate payment method.
